Best workout I've had in years! Most fun workout I've had in my life.
Exactly what I have been looking for.
Valeo Club opened in November 2010 and I am sad I didn't find it sooner. Thank God for the Groupon last week or else I may never have realized what I was missing.
Founder and Owner, Asiya Khasnutdinova, knows her stuff and is willing to kick your butt into shape. She competed professionally for 15 years in Russia becoming a champion and landed in the top 50 girls on the hit TV Show, "So You Think You Can Dance?".
Her story is similar to that of Danielle at Atlanta Activewear: she left her job in corporate America to follow her passion and her dream. She opened Valeo Club to inspire Atlanta to get in shape while learning to dance.

What I LOVE about Valeo Club:
- Asiya is amazing. So nice, so welcoming, so excited!
- I burn 1000 calories in 1 hour! 6-pack summer here I come!
- There is no judgement. If you can't do it, just laugh and move on!
- It's a total girly girl workout, jingling hip scarves and hula hoops!
- Great class times in the evenings.
- Ab work, butt work, leg work, arm work, she hits everything!
- Complimentary water and towels every class
- Her playlists rock! (This is the make it or break it thing for me at all gyms)
Asiya has thought of everything. She uses resistance bands, weighted hula hoops, ab balls, hip scarves, salsa, latin, samba, hip hop, belly dancing, weights and more!
